1:1 health & fitness coaching to improve your hiking, climbing or water sports
My Story
Hey there! I’m Maia, an outdoor enthusiast, lover of hiking, camping, mountain climbing, paddle boarding and surfing. I created this community to share this love with other women to build and foster a fun, exciting environment where we can learn, explore and adventure together.
I’ve been active in sports and dance all my life and turned that passion into my career as an Exercise Physiologist helping others with their health and fitness journey. I’m a mom, fitness competitor, trainer, love to cook and have recently discovered a true love of mountain climbing (my first of the 7 summits, Kilimanjaro in the pic) and surfing.
This community is for all levels, most of our hikes take place in and around the Greater Toronto Area as well as other locations in Ontario. Once the weather warms up, our water adventures will begin on Lake Ontario, Lake Eerie and potentially other lakes around Ontario. Membership is Free as are most events. Some fees apply to events (i.e. parking, entrance fees, equipment rentals, travel expenses, etc). And retreats are coming in the future!
If happiness is the goal—and it should be—then adventures should be a priority.
